Sommer Bright 2018 Galerie

A new team organized the Bright for the first time and changed some things. They tried to make it more core-skateboarding again, which worked out, but on the other hand the tradeshow was only half the size from former years. Nevertheless it was a lot of fun in Berlin.

It started on Monday at Civilist while we still were hanging pictures at Bright. On Tuesday the Radio Rat Race began – a mellow kinda King of the Road thing. While the teams were in the streets, the rest stayed at Bright, presenting or admiring products. Also there was an adidas best trick contest and a Irie Daily highes wallride contest.

The DC Party at Bright is already a tradition. This time it took place at Wilde Renate. Denny Pham did a Switch Bigspin Heelflip on the streetcourse and afterwards there were some lifestyle hammers happening as well.

Wednesday was the end of the Radio Rat Race and the videos of the teams were shown at Anomalie Art Club. We also presented our new JB Gillet clip (which will be online next week) there and it all ended with the main video – something new from the Favorite guys. And yip, there were some beers later on. We already left Berlin on Thursday morning so we couldn’t make it to the Titus videopremiere but pretty sure it was a nice ender for all the events.
