If you think of skateboarding, you think of New York, Los Angeles or Barcelona. You think of big plazas in the heart of the city, street skating in the midst of the urban hustle, intimidating skylines and asphalt or concrete as far as the eye can see. It’s rather unlikely to think of the province of Lower Saxony, village roads, and rapeseed-field-romance. The Cleptomanicx boys wanted to explore exactly this, which raised the question to what extent the provincial idyll matches skateboarding.
